The contact with the agency has been excellent from beginning to end. The team has always been extremely kind, professional, and responsive. They are clearly very organized and punctual, and they make a real effort to assist whenever needed. The inventory was particularly impressive: it was extremely detailed and thorough, which creates a strong sense of transparency and trust. This level of precision is not always common and was greatly appreciated. Throughout the entire process, the agency demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and a genuine willingness to help. Compliqué de trouver un appartement, probablement due à l’énorme demande et au fait que le site ne soit pas actualisé en temps réel. Une fois l’appartement trouvé et le dossier approuvé, la procédure a été très simple et accompagnée avec beaucoup d’attention de la part de la conseillère (Mme Chafik).
