Manuela Falletta was fantastic in helping us move to a different apartment.

Ok

You have an excellent website - my first point of contact - found through web searching. Julien was my representative - he was fast and efficient on responding and friendly in contact. Trying to find suitable accommodation over the web (site unseen) is very frustrating and fraught with dangers. The reviews become a very important part of the decision making and your reviews need to be updated. Additionally I think it worthwhile if your agents physically inspected your apartments so they can make valid comment on issues like location, noise, convenience etc. Many thanks. I hope you are available to solve future problems should they arise. Liz

molto gentili e professionali. sempre disponibili .

Sol, our contact, was very Helpful and met us at the site on our arrival; very pleased.

Excellent, helpful and supportive throughout the whole experience.

Our contact person was professional and helpful. He explained all of the fees and was very accommodating with any concerns/questions that we had.

Very helpful

Excellent relationel !

Agency is always helpful and in touch when needed.

Great customer service.

reply was fast enough, and the agent was so kind. I feel grateful for your services

Absolutely excellent, prompt.

Conclusion: Equipe Lodgis -> très pro Propriétaires -> réactivité variable

I looked for several months to find out how to rent an apartment as a foreigner in Paris. It was frustrating. Once my friend found Lodgis and its multi-lingual associates, the rest was simple. I had an apointment to view the apartment of my choice. Manuela Falleta handled everything. I will move in at the end of July. THANKS so much

Easy and quick communication, dealing with them was really easy.

My contact with Lodgis was great. There was some confusion with the managing agent for the apartment's owner. Nothing too serious, though.

Professionali una garanzia
