You all were very helpful and quick to reply! I appreciate the help in finding an apartment.

Efficacia, cortesia, pazienza e competenza

Agency was fast and very professional. I had excellent relationship without bad surpises. The only recommendation for improvement the agency could clarify in advance if the apart owners accept Credit Card or not for the rental and guarantee deposit. Simple thing but helpful for the planification of the trip.

I had a wonderful experience with Lodgis--the fact that I was lining up an apartment several months in advance and from afar (I'm in the U.S), I was concerned about how it would all work out, and I'm thrilled with the help I received through Lodgis. Thank you!

Excelente tu atención Julien. Muchas Gracias!!!

Very patient and helpful.

Recomendo a Agencia certamente!

Solange helped us and was incredibly helpful and patient. Overall, the agency was very open to communication.

Very attentive and helpful. No complaints.

Your representative was always available for questions. We felt very comfortable should we need anything.

Very prompt responses from Aline, and all information that I asked for was provided

I'm so greatful I was able to work with this company and my agent. Being from another country and a student made this apartment search extremely difficult, but Lodgis made it all simple. They helped me find my first apartment ever and I'm beyond excited to move in!

Very helpful agent Solange We've asked her lots of questions and she answered sincerely. :)

Very responsive agent that made easier for me to find a vocational apartment. Many thanks!

Ms. Manuela Falletta has been amazing and always prompt in responding to enquiries and requests. Most thankful to have her to help me on my first ever trip to Paris. Thank you Ms. Falletta

Great site! Quick responses from your agents with patience and compliance! I am very pleased with my apartment and your services.

Outstanding service. Fast, high quality and efficient.

The agency was very helpful and prompt with all communications.

Fast, efficient, nice.

I rented my apartment through Marianna Le Corre. She was very attentive and worked efficiently and tirelessly to get through to two different landlords before I got the contract for the apartment I am now renting. She was very candid with her provision of information on each apartment. As such, I felt like I could really trust her, and that I would not encounter any unpleasant surprises. I felt that she had my best interests, as well as the landlord's at heart. I also found the staff at Lodgis to be friendly and polite, unlike the staff I had attempted to deal with through another agency, Paristay.com. The agency fees were also significantly cheaper than that agency. Overall, I had a very good experience with this company, and consider the level of integrity to be such that I would trust the employees to do the absolute best they can for me.

Bon service, bon suivi.

All I can say is excellent regarding everything

The owner was very accommodating, always available, and prompt in returning our deposit.

We had no problem at all. All concerns were timely answered thru email. We also received reminders from Lodgis regarding arrival and such

bien

The agent took care of everything and answered my questions promptly. I would suggest for the agency tell the customer about the insurance that we have to pay to rent the apartment.
