The initial contact with Logis was good, but once I was waiting for the lease it would have been nice if Logis continued to update me. Instead, I had to continue to reach out to receive updates from them. Also, the phone line for Logis was often occupied.

Très difficile à joindre par téléphone. Une fois la relation établie, le dialogue avec le conseiller s'est très bien passé.

It was a little harder to communicate across different time zones. But the agent was friendly and helpful for the most part.

Du point de vu du locataire, l'agence ne sert juste qu'à nous donner le numéro du propriétaire et les documents à singer. Néanmoins la rapidité est un des points forts !

Long response time when contacted. Made empty promises about dates when some information will be provided. I had to speed up the process by constantly making sure they do their work. Not very professional behavior. But good and easy way to find a property in Paris.

L'agence marche bien, mais il y a souvent des confusions entre eux et le gestionnaire de l'appartement, Rent Your Paris

La multiplication des interlocuteurs et l'exclusivité de la communication à distance ne facilitent rien.
