Sometimes, the agent doesn't answer my questions or late reply! But overall i like her

I am pleased to make a contract with Lodgis.com. It was really hard to look for an apartment to stay on my own. Also, I am satisfied the agency fee because it is not too expensive. However, I was a bit disappointed that the answers to my questions was too late. For a foreigner, as it was really anxious to make a contract with new agency, we have a lot of questions.

I was very happy with Lodgis (my agent was Yun-Hsia Pan). All my communications were responded to promptly, and I had booked an apartment in under a week. The rates were extremely competitive too. My only complaint was that for the first apartment I requested, I was told that it was already being leased. I was confused as to why this wasn't displayed on the website initially. Other than that I had a positive experience, and would use the agency again.

I had great help finding this apartment through your agency. Some of the locations that I really wanted were up on the website but in reality were not ready for rent. So the UI could be more refreshed on a daily basis.

My contact with Lodgis was in general very helpful however there were instances where I found it difficult to get answers to some of my questions. I put this down to the language barrier but overall I am very satisfied.

We were well atended by the agency, to be able to get that apartment. The agency responded efficiently to our questions and demands, therefor we recommend it highly.

The agent Manuella Falletta was very helpful to me when I was searching for an apartment in Paris, providing me several apartments to look at within my criteria. She was prompt, polite and courteous when dealing with my requests.

Difficulté à joindre par téléphone la personne qui gérait notre dossier, mais une très bonne écoute et une gestion rapide du dossier. Un très bon accueil et une bonne mise en relation avec les propriétaires.

Réponse un peu tardive. J'ai dû relancer mon interlocuteur pour avancer la procédure de réservation. Mais ensuite la procédure s'est déroulée en quelques heures. Pour une première fois avec LODGIS, je leur ai fait confiance et je suis satisfait. A refaire si besoin.

Ok però avrei voluto sapere che in francia avrei dovuto avere contatti con altra agenzia. Anche se questo alla fine è stato un vantaggio per i pagamenti potendo utilizzare carta di credito e quindi non ho dovuto portarmi molto contante.

Rapidi ed efficienti. Inoltre Lodgis è la sola agenzia che permette di affittare un appartamento a Parigi anche a chi non ha un garante francese e non vuole/può effettuare una caution bancaire in Francia.

The website is very well organized - searching is easy and efficient with useful filters and there are plenty of excellent photos, maps and detailed information. The representative who assisted me was diligent and prompt to answer all questions and reply to my emails at all times.

Given the time difference over our interaction, I wish the window for lease acceptance and fee payment could be extended more than 24 hours. I am working with Lodgis on a 7-hour time difference. However Lodgis was able to quickly secure the apartment at my request.

Easy to navigate your website and all the necessary info is displayed clearly. Replies to queries were not always consistently answered though.

It was rather easy to get our questions answered by our agent. I do, however, think it would be better if your agents were able to request several apartments at a time to the landlords because it would speed up the process.
