Du point de vu du locataire, l'agence ne sert juste qu'à nous donner le numéro du propriétaire et les documents à singer. Néanmoins la rapidité est un des points forts !

J'ai appelé plusieurs fois et je suis tombée sur répondeur. A part cela, le contrat de location manque de certaines précisions. Cependant, ma conseillère a été réactive et aidante.

Long response time when contacted. Made empty promises about dates when some information will be provided. I had to speed up the process by constantly making sure they do their work. Not very professional behavior. But good and easy way to find a property in Paris.

La personne responsable du standard n’est pas très aimable, à l’inverse de Madame Clothilde Iguenane qui s’est montré professionnel et agréable.

La multiplication des interlocuteurs et l'exclusivité de la communication à distance ne facilitent rien.

Conseillère relativement disponible et sympathique, mais proposant parfois des offres assez éloignées de la demande des clients. On sent parfois que les communications sont faites "à la va vite" et que les demandes d'information des locataires concernant les détails des appartements (pas disponibles sur le site de l'agence) ennuient parfois.

It would have been nice to have compiled in one email the explanation of all the documents needed, instead of getting an email asking for each document. Due to this, we had to delay the move in date twice. Also the language was an issue for the understanding the two parts.

The process of getting the apartment is okay (i have low expectations). But since I’ll break the contract (i’ll move out before the contract is finished) i called her to tell me what to do, and i asked her to send a document to me (it was early January) up until now, i haven’t received any emails regarding to the document that i asked for. So yes very disappointed with this agent.
