It's a little confusing that the contact person seems to change all the time. I have received emails from many different people (which is not an issue itself). However, when I have a question, I'm not sure which person to address. When moving in I received two different mail box keys. One of them was for the neighbors box which led to confusion when labeling the mail box with my name.

Contact is polite but a lot seems to get lost through translation using English by email because I asked a lot of questions but didn’t get in-depth answers that fully answers my questions.

It was hard to contact them at the beginning but then It went all well. They know english pretty well, and some italian as well. Hence there's no problem in communicating with them.
