Au début, un peu difficile mais correcte par la suite.

I liked the idea of using an agent as I felt that if I had a problem that I would have someone to negotiate between me and the landlord. I liked the fact that Logdis respnded to my emails within 24 hours.

Die Agentur Lodgis haben wir schon zahlreichen Bekannten empfohlen. Es wäre schön, wenn Lodgis seine Vermittlungen auch auf andere Städte in Europa erweitern würde! Die Abwicklung würden wir uns allerdings ein bisschen vereinfachter wünschen. Mit der Buchung einer Ferienimmobilie muss man ziemlich schnell auf e-mails von Lodgis reagieren.

Lodgis was prompt and clear. (Their fee is rather high.)

Straight forward and professional agency. After I chose the apartment they contacted the landlord to make sure its available at my requested dates and after checking for availability, I had to sign a lease contract. When thats done, I paid the agency fee and they release the landlord\'s contact to me. From then on the agency\'s job is done and most communications were between me and the landlord.

Fuss free and professional.

No serious problems. Sometimes, waiting for replay was a little bit longer.

Very cosy and roomy apartment in a nice neighborhood close to pastries, mini markets, 2 metro stops, very quiet, equipped with ALL the necesseties, apart of a laundry dryer. Landlord very helpful. If you are not looking for a fancy apartment, this is the right choice.

The agency made it easy to us to find an apartment and every phase, making contract, paying etc., was clear and they gave a lot of information about everything.

The agency was efficient and helpful, in spite of being obviously inundated with apartment rental requests when I was in contact with them. My first several attempts at renting proved unfruitful -- those apartments listed as available turned out not to be. But Lodgis recommended possible alternatives and what resulted was that of my preliminary choices -- M.D. 's apartment -- turned out to be available. There is no apartment that could have been better or more perfect and no landlord who could have been more fabulous and helpful. Not only am I looking forward to returning to Paris, but I am looking forward to staying in the same apartment again. I would not consider any others. I would book my trip around the availability of the flat that I found through Lodgis.

Very friendly and helpful, but sometimes very busy so no one could be reached. For last minute bookings probably too busy.

Although my emails were responded to quickly, I found that once I had paid the agency fee, they didn\'t care. Also, I found that other agencies don\'t require a French insurance policy to cover renters. I feel this is a scam.

Appreciated the agency flexibility to meet the client needs

Lodgis have been good, and helped me find this apartment in summer when most other agencies were not responding.

The agency was very good, although there were a couple of delays to answering our inquiries because we happened to arrange our booking during France's holiday season and the landlord was unavailable. But once that got sorted, everything went smoothly.
