Difficile d'avoir un premier contact avec les commerciaux sur sites pour les visites. Mais une fois que le rendez vous est pris, tout va très vite. Très bon service à ce niveau là.

Klara has been very prompt and polite. It's my first experience renting in Paris and she has helped with all of my questions. Lodgis website is also easy to use, and I like the review section from past users. More consistency in the quality of pictures across different accommodations, more virtual tours, and more images of the building from the outside would be great.

Lodgis responded promptly during weekdays, but no one is available on Sundays to facilitate issues that arise, such as our difficulty contacting the landlord on move-in day (he was two hours late).
