The agency was prompt and helpful, and was able to give me (in good English) all information I asked for. The leasing process was a little complicated for a three day rental, but as other rentals last a lot longer, I assume a detailed rental process is necessary. Good website too, with more online functions than we saw on other Paris rental sites.

same as quistion 2 i do find that the amount that lodgis takes is a bit too high especially for a student. i beleive that if lodgis can make certain apartments for students with special fees, it will gain alot of success for the future. i strongly reccomened making more facilities for the students as well as for international students. however, as a saudi, i did find it very difficult in presenting the taxes sheet demanded. we do not pay taxes, so probably a better understaing of international clients. regards

Excellent but when I was first making the reservation I was asked to complete something by the end of business on a Friday, but due to the time difference (I was in Australia when I booked) I was unable to do so. It wasn't a problem, but more notice would have been appreciated.
The agent we worked with was professional and prompt. We were lucky to find such a great apartment in an area that is convenient for both of us. We are conveniently located to get to school relatively quickly.
