I am very pleased with the interaction related to this apartment through Akemi Hirano. I was in contact before with another employee regarding other possible apartments under another email address (martin.reinhard@arcor.de) who did not or only very sporadically respond to my rental requests and emails. The contact with Akemi Hirano I would rate 5* but I am subtracting 1* due to this less positive experience.

Alles in allem, war der Kontakt und die Abwicklung mit Lodgis super. Auch die Zuteilung zu eine:r persönlichen Korrespondent:in und die Betreuung durch diese:n war gut. Vor allen aber das Angebot und auch die Möglichkeit spontan und kurzfristig Wohnungen zu finden war vor allen für mich und meine Situation perfekt. Schade fand ich es nur manchmal, dass es Wohnungen gab, die auf der Website noch als verfügbar angezeigt wurden, dies im Endeffekt aber nicht mehr waren.

Le processus entier de checher les appartements, soumettre les documents necessaires, faire le contract, payer le loyer n'était pas très claire au début. Mais après, l'échange de mails s'est bien passé. Merci.

J'aurai aimé avoir davantage d'informations sur les liens de signature et de paiement, au vu des nombreuses fraudes présentent sur le internet, l'inquiétude persiste. En revanche, la personne en contact avec moi a été très bien et a répondu à toutes mes questions.
