Contact with the agency was simple and effective. I have a few observations: the amount paid as security was not very clear at the beginning, as well as the agency fee, but these doubts were resolved when I contacted the agency; a little delay in finalizing the contract.

Especially since I do not have too much time between now and my moving date, this was invaluable.
