She replied to emails so quickly and made the whole process so streamlined and hassle free, which is incredible given the process of French rental agreements can be extremely difficult, particularly as I was attempting to organise this from the other side of the world.I would HIGHLY recommend Iryna Bonnefoy to others. She was well and truly worth the agency fee! Merci mille fois! Lodgis is a brilliant website and the electronic contract signature made it all so easy. I was in very safe hands. The whole process from the time I first applied for the apartment to the day I signed the contract was less than 48 hours! Truly incredible, especially as it was all done online as I was still in Australia

Agency was fast and very professional. I had excellent relationship without bad surpises. The only recommendation for improvement the agency could clarify in advance if the apart owners accept Credit Card or not for the rental and guarantee deposit. Simple thing but helpful for the planification of the trip.
