Le contacte avec Lodgis a été agréable et Lodgis traite les locataires potentiels comme des clients (ce qui n'est pas le cas chez beaucoup d'agences immobiliers malheureusement). Ce qui est un peu dommage est qu'il y a des appartements sur le site de Lodgis qui finalement ne sont pas disponible où dont Lodgis n'arrive pas à contacter le proprietaire. J'ai bien apprecié que tout le contacte (même la signature des contrats) peut se dérouler par internet et telephone. C'est très pratique quand on n'habite pas encore à Paris. Pour resumer: Agence et personnel professionèle

Je connais l'agence depuis longtemps et suis satisfaite de ses services. Cette fois-ci cela a été un peu plus laborieux mais la chargé de mon dossier a fait de son mieux pour m'aider

The website works pretty well for searching. Although, the availability it's usually outdated, which makes you frustrated after finally finding a options that suits you. The agent was helpful and quick to answer our questions about the place.

Efficace

Silvia was extremely helpful in this process - trying to organise things from another country are not easy yet she did her best to secure us a place!

Renting an apartment as an expatriate is quite complex. Logis made the whole process as straightforward and as stress free as possible. I would definitely use Logis again and recommend then to friends and colleagues. Daniel Acquah.

For Martin Maguier absolutely 5 stars, he helped me very well with everything and I was very pleased with this. However, since I didn't stay in the apartment I can not give it five stars yet.

J'ai utilisé Lodgis déjà cinq fois, toujours une réussite. Cette dernière location était plus difficile à organiser, parce que l'agent et moi étaient tous les deux en voyage en semaines different. All's well that ends well, comme a dit Shakespeare.

I would have liked to give 4,7. Your persistence in using the internet for everything make a lot of things easy on one hand but on the other hand it prevents even the smallest individual adjustments. All the staff I have been in contact with have been very polite, kind and friendly.

The agency communication was fine. When I wanted to book another property for a longer period, the conduct of the communication deteriorated and on several occasions I was given misleading infomation on the availability of a property.

Overall, it was a good experience. Fast and usually efficient communication through e-mail but not that good through phone.

Communication was very slow at first. Only after I called did any progress happen. Once an apartment was secured, the process was much better and efficient.

Ms Haack was very helpful and my experience with her was very good! The only small negative point about Lodgis is that your availability dates aren't always up to date with reality.
