The staff was so helpful when I get any troubles.

Gracias

The agent I had, Tomotsugu, with your agency was always very helpful and kind, quick to respond to all of my questions when I was looking for an apartment and also after finding the one I chose. I especially liked the fact that your agency recommended an insurance agency to go through, it made that even easier. Thank you !

Contact has be great although a viewing service would make you even better.

The agency and agent were available to answer any question, make the transaction easy and deal with any issues. This was my second time using Lodgis, and I would use them again on a return trip to Paris.

Faster replies to e-mails would be nice.

Nicolas was very helpful all the time. Though sometimes he couldn't give me answer fast, I understand he is busy. He answered my every question and request. He kindly explained everything. I would like to proceed the contract again if I come back to paris and look for a house.

They reply me very fast and always solve the problems. Truly appreciate that !

Very helpful staff. I certainly recommend Lodgis agency and the apartament

however , commission is a bit high

Agengy offers a wide choice, was ready to meet my requests for visiting apartmnets in my very short time. All papers done in short time and by e-mail, no need for further trips.

Lodgis agency is efficient, and I receive quick and valuable information with the agent in charge of my apartment file - Akemi Hirano.

Professionali, puntuali, cortesi e corretti.

Helpful and prompt

Excelente atención personalizada y eficiente

Stephanie, Julie & Solange were all so very helpful. Thanks again for all your efforts and help.

Overall, I'm satisfied with the service. It would be better if you had live chat service or something because the agents are too busy to be reached on the phone.

Very friendly, quick and reliable communication. Iryna was always helpful and responsive. I definitely recommend the lodges!

Bien
