A little bit frustrating process securing an apartment, as it took us 4 different reservations until the final apartment was confirmed as rented. But communication is speedy and professional, pictures of the apartments are very truthful, and information provided is sufficient.

Service courtois et rapide. L'assistance pour les étapes subséquentes à la réservation est plutôt faible.

Disponible, mais nous avons dû contacter l'agence par téléphone pour accélérer le processus.

丁寧な応対で良いと思うが、反応が遅い感じがした。時間が迫っていたので土日を挟むと気が急いた。がしかし、フランスでは早いほうなのかもしれない。

An excellent apartment in a great location in the Marais. the landlord was very helpful and flexible when our arrival date was delayed.

La première visite de l'appartement a été conduite de manière très professionnelle. Le suivi du contrat a été excellent. Nous avons néanmoins trouvé qu'il y avait trop d'interlocuteurs pour un même appartement puisque nous avons été en relation avec qautre personnes différentes.

L´agence a fait de son mieux pour nous trouver quelque chose de bien.On n´aurait pu louer pour plus longtemps si l´agence nous avait proposer un tel appartement plus vite car celui ci etait libre d´apres ce que j´ai compris.
