Lodgis' agents were extremely helpful and always available. Very often, I would e-mail them and would get an answer within hours. They gave me numerous optons and assured I was getting the correct apartment for my stay in Paris.

They are very good at replying to my emails and reassuring me that something is been done to fix my problems, however as the main problem (the cockroaches) has not yet been effectively resolved I am sceptical if they will come through on their promises.

Le site Internet de Lodgis est ideal pour louer un appartement meuble a distance: les photos, la description et surtout le plan des appartements a louer donne une idee tres precise des biens et permet de prendre une decision de location meme a distance sans se deplacer. Le cote administratif est gere completement en ligne ce qui rend les demarches vraiment plus faciles pour les expatries comme nous par exemple.

We had an urgent short notice need to find temporary accommodation in Paris. Robin was very reactive and helped us secure something suitable very quickly.
Stephania LOMBARDI our agent was extremely helpful. She followed the buying process all the way to the end, with patience and understanding. Unfortunately the notary employed by the agency was not so helpful and Ms Lombardi had to fill in.

I would like to start from the fact that me and my flatmates are happy to finally sign the contract and secure a nice place in Paris. However, we have the need to express our complaints on how Lodgis carried out the lease process. Setting aside the length of the whole process (almost 4 weeks), which may be due to contingencies outside the domain of Lodgis, two are the episodes that annoyed us the most: 1. We have been communicated different – and higher – electricity tariffs as well as provisional cleaning fee only at the signing of the final contract, though we have received in the past (both via e-mail and, above all, via a draft contract) diverse amounts. Needless to say that this is not professional, at all. 2. Despite clear to Lodgis from the very beginning our need to commence the lease the first of June (Saturday) – we organized ourselves accordingly, especially with respect to the sale of trains tickets – we have been communicated very late in the process that the lease could only start on a weekday. This is because the management agency Lodgis entrusts for key delivering couldn’t do that on Saturday. As for point 1 above, again an issue over which we couldn’t have any control / we didn’t commit any mistakes, but nonetheless we would have been forced to pay the price for. Please note that Lodgis advises on his website about days in which delivery is not possible, but actually such day is only Sunday
