Swadhinta has always been responsive and helpful when I have contacted the agency. However both apartments that I have rented have had very responsive landlords so I haven't needed any help from Lodgis other than using their website to find the apartment to rent and secure contracts.

The agency was very helpful with getting back to me and inquiring. I liked that I could speak English with the agency. There was some delay in responses due to time differences, but they always got back in a timely manner. I wish that renters could do more than one request, but I understand the reason why.
