I have been very happy with Lodgis! The only minus is because I had sent all my documents because I wanted to rent an apartment, and all of a sudden it was not available anymore.

Really fast response time and great advice from the initial contacts (counsellors)! If I were to suggest improvements it would be more quality control measures put in place for the apartments themselves. Over all the contact is better than other agencies.

Second contract through Lodgis. While the first went on smoothly, the second did not and included the agent withholding info on another flat that we were considering at the same time. Overall unsatisfactory experience and would only contact Lodgis on my next move only if the other agencies did not deliver.

For Americans coming to Paris, it would be nicer to fully understand why all the paper work is required. Also, to fully understand the costs up front and how they are calculated in a user friendly way.
