Lodgis has acted as a really good broker in supplying me with reliable information on apartments in Paris. A big thank you to Ms. FALLETTA who has engaged a lot in order to make me feel comfortable with my final studio. One little remark for improvement: You might consider to communicate with the owner first, that means before telling your customer that the apartment is available at the required date. In that way, you may ensure that the owner really is in Paris at the date the hirer would like to fetch the keys for his studio.. But that's just a small critical feedback. In general, as said, I was very pleased with your service.

Lodgis is a great agency and they help me a lot with my stay in Paris. The only thing that they could improve is the internal communication. Sometimes the same subject continues to go on and on because two agents try to take care of one dossier.
