Things turned out OK but there was a little uncertainty throughout the process that could be improved. -It took several days to get responses, confirmations, etc.- Some things like payment arrangements, deposit handling, could be done better: perhaps through web automation. It might be a cultural thing so these comments are just in the spirit of constructive criticism and not an expression of lack of satisfaction.

The Lodgis web site provides a great quantity of detail about each apartment: descriptions, photos, reviews, room layouts, maps of the area, etc., so that you can make an informed decision without physically visiting the apartment. Also, the Lodgis representative that we communicated with by email was very helpful and was fluent in English. The whole process of finding an apartment, applying for it, and leasing it was straightforward.

Very systematic arrangement which includes preparation of lease of agreement and insurance. Propose the agency to provide arrangement for full credit card payment between landlord and tenant.

Parfait, sans aucun problème, tous mes e-mails avec plusieurs doutes ont été répondu très vite par Mme. Almeida Tavares et, en dépit de que je parle français, elle s'est offert pour parler en portugais avec moi une fois que je suis brésilienne. Sûrement dans le prochain colloque ou séjour de recherche j'envie de rester ici. C’est la première fois qui je loue un studio à Paris (normalement je reste au hôtel ou chez amis) et l’expérience a été superbe car j’ai eu plus de confort que dans un hôtel.

J'ai échangé à plusieurs reprises pour trouver cet appartement, vous avez répondu à mon attente prix/date. Par contre je vous avais interrogé sur le fait que vous garantissiez l'état de l 'appartement puisque je ne pouvais pas le visiter et il m'avait été assuré que les photos étaient garanties. Alors oui les photos montrées représentaient la réalité mais pas l'environnement et à choisir j'aurai augmenté le prix de la location si j'avais eu connaissance des conditions car c'était tellement désagréable que je dinais au restaurant tous les jours pour n'avoir qu'à arriver à la dernière minute pour me coucher,voire je me faisais inviter pour ne pas avoir à rentrer là bas. J'avais imaginé vous consulter car j'envisage de faire une chambre d'hôtes ; je réfléchirai.
