Stefania Lombardi m'a donné entière satisfaction quant à la qualité de son service client, son enthousiasme et sa bonne humeur sur l'achat de mon projet. je regrette néanmoins que nous n'ayons pas pris en compte le problème des combles qu'au moment de la signature. 4 ans après cet achat, à cause de ça, je ne suis toujours pas dans l'appartement.

Totally I am satisfied with the agency. Unfortunatly, the first apartment I wanted to rent was already rented and I got the notice after my payment of agency fees and first payment. But to change to a new apartment was very quick and the money transfer was done automatically. Due to the change, the procedure wasn't automatically and a high workload, it took a bit longer to get every information. But everything went well and I got everything on time.

Professionnalisme de l'ensemble des intervenants. L'appartement acheté a ensuite été mis en gérance chez LODGIS avec efficacité et sérieux.

Quick and insightful information sent by the associate. Worked well to assist me in my search for a rental. Only downside is replies only come on weekdays and not weekends.

Si les visites le samedi étaient possible, ce serait un fort atout pour les clients. Merci pour l'accueil que j'ai bénéficié.

L'opération a été faite dans un délai court.Bonne réactivité de la commerciale. Seul bémol la cave visitée n'était pas celle du plan!

It was a challenge to acquire an apartment because the properties moved quickly. The time difference made it challenging to hear back promptly from my leasing agent, though our contact was pleasant.

It was ok, but I had used a different agency before, also for a long-term assignment in Paris, and the service was definitely better and more customer oriented. With Lodgis you get all the contact and more until you sign the contract, but after that, you are left on your own more or less. As I said, it was ok, but the agency could do better to serve their clients also after contract signing.

fluide communication, le seul commentaire que je peux faire concerne un peu de lenteur au niveaux des feed back sur les appartements pre sélectionnés, qui peut prendre 3 ou 4 jours et donc perdre l opportunité de louer et visiter l apartement de mon choix

Tout s'est bien passé lors de la conclusion de la location par mail.Nous n'avons eu de contact direct qu'avec le représentant du propriétaire qui s'est montré très disponible et réactif.

Eu gostei que o consultor estava sempre solicito e respondia minhas mensagens e duvidas rapidamente, porem eu gostaria de ter visitado o apartamento que aluguei e outros antes de ter tomado minha decisao, mesmo depois de ter assinado o contrato nao consegui visita-lo e achei que isso dificultou bastante pra mim, afinal é bastante dinheiro que inventimos a longo prazo e que eu nem mesmo pude ver pessoalmente o imovel, é dificil ter pespectiva apenas por fotos

Yes and no answers to last questions were useless. " would you recommend apartment?" answer is both yes and no. It was cheap and well located , but it was too dirty to fully endorse.

I inspired by the prompt and professional services by the staff of Lodgis agency and now is expecting at check in the same conditions of the apartment as it is in photographs.

En general el servicio es lento, pero al final me gusta que es un servicio seguro, los asesores hablan varios idiomas y cuenta con los medios para hacer todo de manera electrónica (firmas de contratos y pagos). Servicio ideal para los que somos extranjeros.

Se deberia especificar mejor cuales sería los honorarios de la empresa y la necesidad de contratar un seguro para la vivienda, porque son gastos que influyen en el precio final.

Notre relation n'est pas terminée, mais pour l'instant tout se passe au mieux: ma correspondante est très disponible, les démarches sont claires.

Walquiria was a great agent - helping me find and navigate renting the apartment. Once I found a place and the landlady had agreed, I would have liked having a clearer overview of what I needed at the end. Even just an overview sheet with what I needed to provide, to save the back and forth on documents. Otherwise, Walquiria was a huge help!
