Great they worked with us to help us get in a little early. Very pleasant and accomidating... I would suggest ... it would be helpful to provide written instructions for washer/ dryer combo, dishwasher and where to dispose of trash (Should also be in English)

the contact with the agency went great and easy, cynthia was lovely and very helpful! but i have to say, i find the commission im paying for the agency is a bit high for one month.

Ci vorrebbe più velocità nel rispondere alle mail, soprattutto se i tempi sono corti (molto spesso i contatti si limitavano ad uno al giorno), e ci vorrebbe più solerzia nel contattare i proprietari

La relation par téléphone est relativement difficile. Il vaut mieux utiliser internet et les messages Emails.

Would suggest that it would be beneficial to be able to pay for the stay with a credit card through the agency.

Bon contact, réactivité. Même si l'appartement correspond en tout point à mes attentes, j'aurais aimé pouvoir le visiter avant de signer le bail (location pour 6 mois). ça m'aurait éviter un petit coup de stress avant de récupérer les clés. Mais tout est bien qui finit bien :)

Fui muito bem atendido pela agente Walquíria. Contudo, sugeriria que as respostas aos e-mails pudessem ocorrer de maneira mais rápida para agilizar o processo de locação dos imóveis. Estou bastante feliz com o trabalho prestado pela Lodgis e certamente a indicarei a todos aqueles que recorrerem a mim para uma locação de imóvel em Paris e região.

Overall was good, but the day we arrived we had some difficulties and it was not very easy to get response from Lodgis of an emergency.

It would be much better if the contract is more flexible.

The agency fee is seriously too high! But the service was good! Don't know if I would recommend you, only because of the agency fee (I paid 1500 euro!)

I have a chance to contacted 2 staffs before signing the contract. Iryna is very helpful and give full informations and assitance when need. Anyhow, during her absent it was a nightmare as other only gave unclear and limited information. And I was almost change the agency if only Iryna came back just in time.

The Lodgis stuff did very rapid and sure works for me. I'm very thankful to him and I would like to ask him next time again. Merci beaucoup Mousieur Tanaka-san!

The interaction was overall good and effective. There were a couple of mistakes in some mails related to the agency fees but they were solved quickly.

Schnelle, unkomplizierte Vermittlung. Negativ: Die Information, dass man eine Versicherung abschließen müsse, war nicht zutreffend (die Vermieterin hätte gar keine verlangt). Verbesserungswürdig: Es wäre sinnvoll, Grundrisse der Wohnungen mit anzuzeigen (auf diese Weise wäre z.B. erkennbar, dass es keine Tür zwischen Wohn- und Schlafzimmer gibt).

Abbiamo avuto dei problemi per incomprensioni di vario tipo dovute anche al fatto che tutto si é svolto via e.mail probabilmente avere un ufficio dove potersi relazionare fisicamente con i vostri dipendenti ci avrebbe aiutato. Siamo comunque riconoscenti a Chiara De Camillis per averci aiutato a trovare una soluzione. Maria Chiara e Federico

日本語が通じるのはとても有り難く、貴社を利用した一番の理由です。物件もたくさん所有しており、提案物件もこちらの希望を理解した上で紹介してもらえました。ただ、大家さんと契約したとたん担当が変わり英語でのやり取りになったのでちょっと不安感がありました。

Dans l ensemble, tres bien. Mais c est dommage que je n ai pas eu de reponses a mes questions quand j ai juste "pose une question" sur le site. 2 fois, sans reponse. Je n ai eu de reponse que quand j ai dit "vouloir faire une reservation".

Initial apartment was suddenly not available on the requested start date and I was not informed of this till after the fact during the conversation with agent when I wanted to confirm the rental and as a result I had to rent in another area. I am happy with the service but it was not a good start.
