OK

Everything was carried out nicely and all questions were answered fast and friendly. I felt that I could trust them.

Quick and helpful.

The contact with the agency was really good and they've always replied with promptitude to my questions. However, the booking process is a bit too complicated in my opinion.

always efficient and with quick reply

Everything was clear, quick answers and nice agent.

Muito bom! Em tudo que precisei, eles sempre ajudaram!

très efficace merci

Rien à signaler.

Fast, one or two very minor problems - instantly corrected! A little bit "high-pressure", but I guess that is normal in the Paris rented accommodation market. I particularly like the accuracy and large amount of detail available on the website. If I owned property in Paris, I would use Lodgis as my agent.

Very professional

Correcta.

Agency is very efficient and answering questions and requests.

Fine. Very straightforward and prompt.

Instant, helpful and patient responses. Some of our questions could not always be immediately answered in the detail and accuracy as expected, but this might relate to the high number of customers to interact with.

Our fifth time booking through Lodgis and very satisfactory once again.

lodgis was very thorough, and we were able to comply with all the requirements due to good directions. fee was very high.

localisation parfaite

They helped us very well.

Réponses rapides et efficaces.

The agency provides a good service. There was a bit of confusion about the insurance required but everything went fine.

Efficace

Muy buena.

Very helpful via email

The agency was very good in communicating with us and helping us to secure the necessary insurance and agreements.

Professionali, disponibili e cortesi.

Nice people, easy to deal with. Responsible.

Finding an apartment in a city in a different country is not an easy task. My experience was not without complications. However, once I started working with Virginia Borderieux, I started feeling more comfortable and the process became smoother. She was very quick to answer my questions, and emailed me back as soon as possible. She was attentive and worked very hard to get me the apartment that I wanted.

Through email

As in almost every case, my contact with Lodgis was efficient and friendly.

Excellent

easy and comfortable.

Agence fiable. Nous allons sûrement faire appel à nouveau.

Competent and professional.

it took time to reach an agreement on the conditions; otherwise the person was professional and courteous.
