L\'agenzia si è dimostrata professionale e attenta alle nostre esigenze (forse un pelino cara) fino al momento della prenotazione dopo resta il contatto con il proprietario che se non si ha la conoscenza di un po\' d\'inglese potrebbe creare difficoltà ma facilmente superabili con l\'aiuto di un piccolo dizionario. Se dovessi ritornare a Parigi sceglierei la medesima soluzione.

丁寧な対応で良かったです。物件の保険については日本語表記がないので苦手な方にはちょっと苦労するかも。全体的にスムーズに利用できました。

Des fois, les communications étaient un peu difficile, mais en gros, j\'aimais Lodgis beaucoup mieux que les autres agences. Sometimes it was hard to communicate with them (seemed I wasn\'t getting an answer), but I still like them much better than any of the other agencies I dealt with.

Lodgis were very efficient

No problems, it did seem a little bureaucratic in getting the paperwork done, but it all worked out fine.

Bonne relation. Le web est très bien fait et le personnel très professionnel. Petit bémol cependant: il vaut mieux utiliser Skype que le téléphone si vous communiquez avec eux de l\'extérieur de la France.

Lodgis agency answered all our mails fast and correct. And could give an answer to all our answers. Very glad with them...just we didn\'t know we must rent an apartment insurance, and we couldn\'t read anywhere in the website until they told us.

The agency helped to connect us to the landlord, and they answered all of our questions.

L\'agence est professionnelle. Elle à permis de trouver un logement rapidement, sans déplacement et sans mauvaise surprise. Le site est très bien fait, les descriptions de l\'appartement correspondait au produit.

С агентством общение протекало нормально. Сначала удивило то, что не сопровождают квартировъемщика во время выбора квартиры. Но, видно, так заведено. Торопят с подписанием контрактов, что тоже является особенностью рынка недвижимости.НАм был предоставлен английский вариант контракта для ознакомления, что является плюсом.

I liked the idea of using an agent as I felt that if I had a problem that I would have someone to negotiate between me and the landlord. I liked the fact that Logdis respnded to my emails within 24 hours.

Die Agentur Lodgis haben wir schon zahlreichen Bekannten empfohlen. Es wäre schön, wenn Lodgis seine Vermittlungen auch auf andere Städte in Europa erweitern würde! Die Abwicklung würden wir uns allerdings ein bisschen vereinfachter wünschen. Mit der Buchung einer Ferienimmobilie muss man ziemlich schnell auf e-mails von Lodgis reagieren.

Lodgis was prompt and clear. (Their fee is rather high.)

Straight forward and professional agency. After I chose the apartment they contacted the landlord to make sure its available at my requested dates and after checking for availability, I had to sign a lease contract. When thats done, I paid the agency fee and they release the landlord\'s contact to me. From then on the agency\'s job is done and most communications were between me and the landlord.

Fuss free and professional.
