Fast, one or two very minor problems - instantly corrected! A little bit "high-pressure", but I guess that is normal in the Paris rented accommodation market. I particularly like the accuracy and large amount of detail available on the website. If I owned property in Paris, I would use Lodgis as my agent.

Lodgisへの申し込み、契約、支払い等の流れはいたってスムーズでした。家主への前金の支払い、保険契約はこちらで直接やる必要があるなど、ホテルを利用するよりは手続きが煩雑で、最初は不安がありましたが何とかなりました。家主への支払いには銀行から海外送金しましたが、Paypalなどの利用も可能です。

The apartment was well maintained and very clean. The landlord was very helpful and even left a basket of toys and books for our children to play with during our stay. There is a park just across the street. My only complaint is that the apartment is a little dark because it is not on the street. However for this reason it is quieter.
