Rapidité et efficacité.

Contact was good. It's difficult sometimes to trust relatively small, unknown companies but I found my dealing with Lodgis to be good and straightforward. No issues and I would recommend to anyone.

迅速な対応にとても感謝しています。 ただ、業者をとおしてアパートを契約したのは初めてだったのですが、契約後の手続きがあまりにシンプルで少し驚きました。 契約＝窓口という海外のシステムを考えるとこういうものかと思いますが、その後のオーナー様の細かな心遣いと比べると、少し物足りなさを感じました。 でも、わかりやすい御社のシステムはとても魅力的ですし、またぜひ利用したいと思います。ありがとうございました。

Agency was fine - girls that checked us in/out were fine and did a good job.

As an international student, they made the whole process of finding an apartment as easy as possible and stress free. Lodgis is very accommodating and it's great to have a person to speak one-on-one with rather than the whole agency. I highly recommend Lodgis for any rental/apartment-hunting needs. The only difficult aspect was the time difference, which made correspondence a bit slow but, Lodgis was still able to maintain steady contact and offer their services flawlessly.

The agency is one of the lowest cost, anglo focused apartment rentals available. The Paris housing market is extremely fickle and landlords have their pick of tenants--there is no first mover advantage. There are some great apartments on Lodgis but you should be prepared to book it 3+ months in advance to secure a place that fits your every need.

Les agents auraient pu être plus efficaces lors de la recherche du logement, par contre ils ont été très aimables et patients... Très rapide lors de la signature du contrat! Aucun souci par rapport au garant (étranger, dans mon cas), ce qui a été le plus important pour moi.

Lodgis has a good selection of apartments, a user-friendly webpage, and good customer service. They are always easy the reach and nice to communicate with.

ネットでアパルトマンの申し込みは初めてだったので、もう少しわかりやすく、丁寧に対応してほしかったと思います。幸い現地の代理人の方は丁寧な方でしたので何の問題もありませんでした。

ネット上の契約までの関わりだけだったので、ちょっと最高点は付けられませんでしたが、安心出来る物件をご紹介頂けたので４に致しました。
