Bonne. Mais après avoir donné un mois de loyer à l'agence, nous aurions aimé que son travail soit fait jusqu'au bout. Ce n'est pas la peine de demander au client de mettre par écrit toutes les petites choses qui restent à faire si on ne peut pas les réaliser ou qu'il fasse les faire soi-même. Sinon, à quoi bon passer par une agence !

Fine. The long and many emails about various stages of the transaction, and payments to be made by certain deadlines, are sometimes a bit confusing and could perhaps be streamlined.

The agency people are all very polite, but getting an apartment took me many tries, mainly because they rent out so quickly, or maybe the website is not automatically updated. I got the apartment on my 6th try, but I\'m happy I did.

Great listings, pictures and descriptions. Final arrangements took longer than expected due to non-responsive owners on the first apartment we tried to rent.

Un fois joignable, l'accueil téléphonique par opératrice très professionnelle; la prestation est excellente, la présentation de l'offre de service (clareté de l'offre et des démarches, ergonomie du site, descriptif de l'appartement). Points négatifs: premiers contacts par e-mail peu réactifs, nécessité d'appeller un stystème d'accueil téléphonique impersonnel (boite vocale directement, pas de rappel au premiers messages)

jai trouve l'artement dans les temps, toutefois cest difficille a joindre la consseillere au telephone malgre plusieurs messages. globalement ca s'est bien passe

Pedi un cambio en el nombre de facturación y me dijeron que no era posible... Fue un problema para encontrar un departamento ya que dia a dia cambiaba el departamento que pedía...
