I highly appreciate the user friendly website (including many details) and the fluent online process.

Super contact avec l’agence merci

An excellent service. All my questions were answered quickly and thoroughly by Jordan.

Jordan was very helpful!

Paul was my direct contact at Lodgis. He was very patient and helpful through the process of getting my apartment. He answered all of my questions at the earliest. I am pretty happy with the result of my search. Definitely recommend Paul and Lodgis!

Sadly two of the rooms advertised online were not available anymore once I proposed to rent them. However, my contact with Iryna Bonnefoy was very helpful and she found a very good property exactly corresponding to what I was looking for and arranged for me to sign the lease, thank you! Especially since I do not have too much time between now and my moving date, this was invaluable.

Très bonne agence, a l'écoute de ses clients et réactifs. Je recommande

Very efficient!

Mrs. Priscilla Duque has been very helpful, incredibly pleasant, and most definitely adaptable to all kinds of situations.

Fast response and great service.

Ma conseillère Mme Brandao Brault est parfaite, très professionnelle et à l'écoute pour répondre à toutes mes questions pour mieux me guider et me rassure, merci.

The initial contact with Logis was good, but once I was waiting for the lease it would have been nice if Logis continued to update me. Instead, I had to continue to reach out to receive updates from them. Also, the phone line for Logis was often occupied.

Très bonne communication et très bonne disponibilité, service impeccable et très diligent.

Pathe has been so helpful in accommodating my very specific apartment requirements!

Un peu étrange d'appeler un n° sur Paris pour une location sur Lyon, mais cela a très bien fonctionner, pas de soucis de communication entre Lyon et Paris.

Nice customer care service

Lodgis agency has been superb for me over the years. I have peace-of-mind in signing my apartment lease every year. Finding this company 4 or 5 years ago has made living in Paris easier. The five-star rating is a true reflection of my experience. Thank you so much. Nita W.
