The area is very nice, quiet but very close to restaurants and cafes at the Place de la Contrescarpe, cinemas of the Latin Quarter. The bathroom has been completely renovated in June 2014. A foldable children bed is available (0-3 years). The 2 people bed is new, the 1 person bed is in very good condition and the sofa can be used daily as a bed because the mattress is good. Very pleasant apartment in a very well maintained building. "
