Un accueil comme nous n'avons jamais eu dans d'autre agence. C'est pourquoi malgrès le pris élévé des frais d'agence nous avons tellement bien été reçues par stefania Lombardi moi et mon amie par téléphone que nous nous sommes senties en confience. D'autre L'interlocutrice Stefania Lombardi qui s'est occupée de notre dossier a été plus que courtoise. Elle a toujours répondue dans les plus bref délais malgrès le fait que nous ne puissions nous déplacer.Ainsi dans vue les difficultées que nous avions pour trouver un logement dans d'autre agence, cette personne nous a malgrès tout accompagnée jusqu'à ce que nous trouvions. Petite erreur avec la disponibilité de l'appartement au moment de la signature des contrats qui nous aura forcé à trouver une solution de rechange (mais nous étions dans les temps et l'agence nous a offert plusieurs solutions de rechange). Outre cela, l'agence est très efficace et rapide. Je souligne en particulier le travail professionnel de Marianna Lecorre qui, le vendredi soir juste avant un congé, a finalisé la location de l'appartement en répondant rapidement à mes questions et en échangeant nos documents instantanément par internet (pour m'éviter le télécopieur) et ce jusqu'à 18 heures et toujours avec une gentillesse grandissante. Elle seule donnerait à l'agence la cote de 7 sur 5 !
