The agent I had, Tomotsugu, with your agency was always very helpful and kind, quick to respond to all of my questions when I was looking for an apartment and also after finding the one I chose. I especially liked the fact that your agency recommended an insurance agency to go through, it made that even easier. Thank you !

Contact has be great although a viewing service would make you even better.

The agency and agent were available to answer any question, make the transaction easy and deal with any issues. This was my second time using Lodgis, and I would use them again on a return trip to Paris.

It was ok, but I had used a different agency before, also for a long-term assignment in Paris, and the service was definitely better and more customer oriented. With Lodgis you get all the contact and more until you sign the contract, but after that, you are left on your own more or less. As I said, it was ok, but the agency could do better to serve their clients also after contract signing.

Faster replies to e-mails would be nice.

Nicolas was very helpful all the time. Though sometimes he couldn't give me answer fast, I understand he is busy. He answered my every question and request. He kindly explained everything. I would like to proceed the contract again if I come back to paris and look for a house.

Ich hatte überwiegend Kontakt mit Frau Le Corre, sie war sehr hilfsbereit und immer freundlich. Auch war es sehr angenehm, Hilfe bei der Wohnungssuche überwiegend auf meine Landessprache zu haben. Es ist mir bewusst, dass der Wohnungsmarkt in Paris sehr stressig ist. Jedoch war es teilweise sehr mühsam auf Antworten zu warten und in der Ungewissheit zu sein. Es ist mir klar, dass Lodgis viele Interessenten hat und nicht immer sofort antworten kann. Andererseits habe ich aber auch erlebt das das Antworten plötzlich schnell geht, wenn es zum Beispiel um das Geld überweisen geht. Dann kamen die Antworten fast im Sekundentakt. Da sehe ich noch Verbesserungspotential. Dass das erreichen von Mitarbeitern per Telefon fast unmöglich ist, finde ich auch schade. Vieles könnte per Telefon einfacher und schneller gelöst werden. Da es wirklich schwierig ist in Paris eine Bleibe zu finden, ist Lodgis sehr hilfreich, speziell wenn man nicht vor Ort ist. Daher würde ich Lodgis weiter empfehlen.

-Assez lents dans les réponses aux emails, j’ai souvent dû re-solliciter pour avoir une réponse -Réponses parfois incomplètes -Peu de clarté dans la disponibilité des appartements (ils étaient disponibles puis en fait ils ne l’étaient pas), aussi bien dans les annonces du site que pendant la négociation
