誠実でてきぱきと対応頂き好印象。

All good correspondence apart from one fault in that I assumed the agency was handling everything but received an email at the last minute to say I had to organise apartment key handover direct with the landlord who was living in Dubai! Thought I was being scammed at that point so very stressful. All ok after meeting the landlords agent. Other than that, it was an easy and efficient process.

La comunicación con la agencia se entrecortó un poco luego de realizar el pago del anticipo. De hecho el pago total del primer mes así como la garantía se realizaron posteriormente y en mi perfil en la web no figuraban motivo por el cual me preocupé un poco dado que estaba acostumbrado a ello. Nada grave por cierto, pero es el unico motivo para no otorgar 5 puntos en este aspecto.

En general tres bien, mais il y a eu plusieurs annulations de visite d'appartement de dernières minutes, voire des rendez-vous manqués. Tout a été parfait pour le contrat.

the contact was good and smooth, however my general impression is that only a person who wants to rent a flat is being screened, has to provide countless documents, prove that is trustworthy, however it doesn't seem applicable to tha landlord, who doesn't keep his word.

Totally I am satisfied with the agency. Unfortunatly, the first apartment I wanted to rent was already rented and I got the notice after my payment of agency fees and first payment. But to change to a new apartment was very quick and the money transfer was done automatically. Due to the change, the procedure wasn't automatically and a high workload, it took a bit longer to get every information. But everything went well and I got everything on time.

Quick and insightful information sent by the associate. Worked well to assist me in my search for a rental. Only downside is replies only come on weekdays and not weekends.

It was a challenge to acquire an apartment because the properties moved quickly. The time difference made it challenging to hear back promptly from my leasing agent, though our contact was pleasant.

She is patient and nice but there is a minor mistake in making an overstated amount. Luckily I have discovered the mistakes and she has apologised about the mistakes and immediately corrected it. She is a trustful and responsible agent.

It was ok, but I had used a different agency before, also for a long-term assignment in Paris, and the service was definitely better and more customer oriented. With Lodgis you get all the contact and more until you sign the contract, but after that, you are left on your own more or less. As I said, it was ok, but the agency could do better to serve their clients also after contract signing.

fluide communication, le seul commentaire que je peux faire concerne un peu de lenteur au niveaux des feed back sur les appartements pre sélectionnés, qui peut prendre 3 ou 4 jours et donc perdre l opportunité de louer et visiter l apartement de mon choix

Assez bon car ils ont ete flexible avec mes problemes de paiement par internet. Toujours a l'ecoute said one good he n ai pas reussi a las joindre de la journee ce qui a ete un probleme au debut

Eu gostei que o consultor estava sempre solicito e respondia minhas mensagens e duvidas rapidamente, porem eu gostaria de ter visitado o apartamento que aluguei e outros antes de ter tomado minha decisao, mesmo depois de ter assinado o contrato nao consegui visita-lo e achei que isso dificultou bastante pra mim, afinal é bastante dinheiro que inventimos a longo prazo e que eu nem mesmo pude ver pessoalmente o imovel, é dificil ter pespectiva apenas por fotos

Yes and no answers to last questions were useless. " would you recommend apartment?" answer is both yes and no. It was cheap and well located , but it was too dirty to fully endorse.
