Long response time when contacted. Made empty promises about dates when some information will be provided. I had to speed up the process by constantly making sure they do their work. Not very professional behavior. But good and easy way to find a property in Paris.

Both lettings consultants that handled my file were quick and responsive, especially given my short-notice deadlines. I appreciate the way all the paperwork and correspondence was handled and I am once again very pleased to be renting with Lodgis.

LODGIS has provided me with all of the information I needed to make an informed rental decision in both French and in English. LODGIS agents also did a good job of negotiating a significant reduction in my rent for the first year of my planned rental of the property. I also appreciate the timely responses to all of my questions by LODGIS agents and look forward to working with LODGIS to complete the necessary paperwork to begin my rental by the end of September 2020.
