Robin Meleiro was particularly helpful with finding flats for me after those that I had chosen were taken, responding to my emails very quickly and even outside of business hours. I thank him for his help and his friendly customer service.

My first experience with Lodgis was not good. The advisor would take several days to reply, and ended up ignoring me. The second time I tried using Lodgis (a month later), I was assigned a different advisor and the whole process was quick and efficient. Everything done online, and my advisor Chiara was super helpful.
