Reasonable responsive by mail. English support available. Key/Apartment handover seemed very rushed. No introduction to facilities mail, waste disposal, utilities etc, which would have been nice.

The agency was helpful and handled the lease process efficiently, including putting me in contact with the landlord. Communication was clear, and they were flexible when needed. At times, their approach felt a bit insistent, but overall, the experience was smooth and their support was valuable.

Bonnes échanges avec Solange. Par contre, pas toujours facile d'y voir clair sur les appartements réellement dispo (ex: visibles sur la plateforme mais contrat en cours; dont le proprio ne repond pas ..) Il aura fallu quelques allers retours de liste de 5 voeux pour arriver à trouver notre appartement
