I looked for several months to find out how to rent an apartment as a foreigner in Paris. It was frustrating. Once my friend found Lodgis and its multi-lingual associates, the rest was simple. I had an apointment to view the apartment of my choice. Manuela Falleta handled everything. I will move in at the end of July. THANKS so much

My contact with Lodgis was great. There was some confusion with the managing agent for the apartment's owner. Nothing too serious, though.

Lack of transparency & human interaction, allowing a chain of auto-emails on repeating issues and delays in Contract signatures.

Overall was good, but the day we arrived we had some difficulties and it was not very easy to get response from Lodgis of an emergency.

It would be much better if the contract is more flexible.

Efficacia, cortesia, pazienza e competenza

Agency was fast and very professional. I had excellent relationship without bad surpises. The only recommendation for improvement the agency could clarify in advance if the apart owners accept Credit Card or not for the rental and guarantee deposit. Simple thing but helpful for the planification of the trip.

The agency fee is seriously too high! But the service was good! Don't know if I would recommend you, only because of the agency fee (I paid 1500 euro!)
