Initial apartment was suddenly not available on the requested start date and I was not informed of this till after the fact during the conversation with agent when I wanted to confirm the rental and as a result I had to rent in another area. I am happy with the service but it was not a good start.

LODGIS has been an extremely helpful agency. I will gladly go through this agency again. The only problems encountered was the lack of clarification in regards to certain charges. The informations given were not too clear, I had to re-read certain forms and given paperwork to better understand. I was also surprised that electricity or wifi was not included in the charges, this was not expressed until later on. However, the agents are very competent and helpful. They were available to answer my numerous questions within 24 hours. I highly recommend this agency.

Bonjour, Nous avons eu à échanger plusieurs fois au téléphone, nous avons été très bien reçu. Madame Bonnefoy en charge de notre dossier nous a obtenu l'appartement que nous souhaitions. Si tout se déroule comme le souhaitons c'est à dire trouver l'appartement en aussi bon état que sur les photos, merci de nous avoir permis de louer un appartement dans un temps record dans une période pas facile.
