Une première option avait été prise sur l'appartement que je convoitais. Lodgis m'a rappelé pour me dire que cette option était levée et que je pouvais avoir ce bien. J'ai été ensuite bien conseillé, jusqu'à la signature chez le notaire. L'agence a été à l'écoute, elle s'est chargée de l'obtention de tous les documents et je n'ai rien eu à faire de mon côté. Que demander de plus?

In general, Lodgis provided a very satisfactory experience. The platform is easy to use, with many useful ways to narrow down an apartment search. Additionally, my agent was always extremely responsive and helped me through the process of leasing an apartment. My one complaint might be that when there was nothing immediately available to my specifications, my agent simply recommended I subscribe to the site, rather than offering to keep an eye out for me and continuing to suggest apartments. More guidance here would have been helpful. Otherwise, a good experience - quick and thorough.

Great selection of apartments, and excellent service.

I looked for an apartment for seven months in Paris. I chose three apartments on the website. It took abt. six weeks to see the second and I have after two months(!) still not seen the third. At two appointments nobody attended at all. When in contact the agents were friendly and of help anyhow. Overall I think an agency with a very Frenchy mind-set...

It was a challenge to acquire an apartment because the properties moved quickly. The time difference made it challenging to hear back promptly from my leasing agent, though our contact was pleasant.
