The agency was professional and efficient. The agent I was assigned to was not always easy to get hold of to answer questions. Communicating via email in English was also a little slow due to mistranslations/misunderstandings. But overall everything worked well.

The agency was pretty good. The only issue was I was not very sure if they contact all the landlords when I gave them a list of of say 10 apartments that I would like to check... They told me only one was available, but then when I insisted we found out that say another apartment was also available.

Yes you were open on the weekends. Anna was great always easy to contact by phone and email. Highly recommend this agency.

I didn\'t really have any contact with Lodgis other than booking. There were no problems, and we used the Lodgis-recommended insurance company for the renter\'s insurance.
