« I would like to congratulate Agence Lodgis on its professional and impressive conduct. I retired as managing editor at BBC World Service some 14 years ago and settled in France. Approximately two years ago we decided to let our small studio in Paris and approached Agence Lodgis on a friend's recommendation. The tenants they chose and organised for us were almost all well behaved and took good care of our little apartment. "Selling my flat with Lodgis was a very easy process despite the fact that I'm living abroad and had very few opportunities to come back to France to complete the administration. The team is managing very well the relation with landlords via email and telephone. Additionally they were very supportive making some of the administration on my behalf ( diagnostics , collecting syndic documents ... ) saving me expensive trips back to Paris ."

"We initially approached Lodgis to help us with renting our studio in Paris. We were very impressed by the professionalism and competence of the agency's staff on the rental side of the operation. A year later we decided to sell the studio and contacted Mr Ramsbott of the Sales Department. In spite of the fact that ours was a small studio, we found him attentive, knowledgeable and passionate in his field and punctual. The studio was sold in a short time and the little niggles along the way were dealt with satisfactorily. We will happily recommend Lodgis to our family and friends."
