Super. En effet, la description aurait pu etre plus positive. e.g. \"Tout proche a la voisinage vivant de Montmartre et le marche, pourtant dans une rue calme, sens unique, et residentielle. Deux terraces donnant sur des arbres et jardins. Cuisine completement renouvelee; efficase et (\"user friendly\"!). Placards de dimension enorme pour un appartement. Systeme de securite excellent.\" Les meubles sont tres (\"basic\" - spare - minimal), surtout le sofa, mais completement suffisants. La seule negative pour nous est le manque d\'etageres. Je le recommanderai a Sciences Po pour leurs autres enseignants visitants, mais il faudra des etageres.
