I stayed here for 3 months for a job rotation in Paris. The location is perfect - 5 mins walking from Arts et Metiers, close to shopping, food and nightlife. The apartment is very spacious, with an amazing walk-in closet. It faces a quiet courtyard, which is perfect and peaceful in the evening. The landlord was fantastic, responsive and very helpful. I highly recommend this apartment.
