こんにちわ遅くなりました。物件自体についていくつかコメントを。事務手続き等については、下の欄に＜良い点＞何より、立地が素晴らしく、オーナーの対応も親切でパリでは完璧と言えると思います。また、建物も古い設備も見受けられますが、趣がありコンシエルジュも常駐するなど満足のいくものでした。＜現状では致し方ない部分＞真上、3階の住人だと思われますが、子供が数人いらっしゃるようで朝と夕食の時間帯は非常に騒がしく、こちらの天井上で走り回る音がかなりしていました。トイレ・シャワールームが2カ所あることは特筆すべきだと思いますが、バスタブ側の給湯能力はやはり途中から水に変わるようで、日本人には少し不満を残すと思われます。＜悪い点・改善点＞取り立てて見あたらないほど、快適に過ごせましたが、フランスが初めての方やホテル滞在しかされたことのない方には、いささかレベルが高いかもしれません。
