The apartment is very well situated in a lovely part of the city. It is clean, bright, and very comfortable. It was nice having a full sized television and very convenient as well to have a working phone with free international and local calls.



Conforme au descriptif très propre


The apartment was exactly as shown on the site. Excellent location with a complete grocery store on the corner, bakery around the corner, and the Austerlitz metro station within 3 minute walk. We timed it and it is an 18 minute walk from the door to Notre Dame. Very complete apartment. You will enjoy being able to cook and make your own meals if you feel like it. Everything is renovated and looks new. Bed is comfortable. Being able to call back home to Canada for free was a big plus. Internet connection was solid.


The apartment is a great place from which to explore Paris and all of the surrounding areas. There is a spacious living room, a bathroom with clean fixtures and great hot water, and a very quiet bedroom. There is a hair dryer (so we didn\'t need to bring one), and a clothes washing machine with drying rack (so we didn\'t have to pack as many clothes). The location is great with easy access to the metro/RER at Gare d\'Austerlitz, and a convenience store at the corner of the street. It\'s also easy to walk to rue Mouffetard/rue Monge, and all of the restaurants there. The internet/TV was great with no problems. I would definitely stay here again.

Very well-equipped, spacious, flawlessly clean, and quiet. You really have everything you need within two minutes: supermarkets, bakery, PO, metro, cafes and restaurants. Tourists, take note: from the Gare d\'Austerlitz (two blocks away) you have a direct RER line to Versailles, and several bus lines that will take you to many of the main sites in Paris. Plus the Jardin des Plantes (also two blocks) is lovely for a stroll or even a jog.


My wife and I had our first Paris trip to celebrate our 10 years anniversary. We spent eight nights in this cozy apartment. It\'s very clean and tastefully decorated. The linens are fresh, the walls are free of marks. Located in a residential area, this 1930\'s apartment gives you that nice local feelings which you won\'t get from living in a hotel room. With the well equipped kitchen, we can easily fix up a quick breakfast before we head out for the day. Location wise, it\'s perfect. Five minutes walk to Sienna River, to Metro/RER/Bus/taxi station, steps close to grocery store, restaurants, bakery shop. We would highly recommend this apartment.

The apartment was great. It was just refurbished and everything in it was completely new. The Positives: • It was very clean, comfortable, quiet and includes all amenities you will need. It was exactly as pictured on the Lodgis website. Perfect size apartment for a couple or single person. • It is very close to Gare d’Austerlitz with access to 2 metro lines but also to an RER line which is faster! Very easy access to all tourist sites and other quarters of Paris. • Nice location near Jardin des Plantes. The area has a local community atmosphere with 2 supermarkets nearby as well as 2 boulangeries, some restaurants, a news stand, and also a McDonalds (please do not go all the way to Paris to eat McDonalds!). The Negatives: • None
