I’m absolutely in love with this apartment! I can’t tell you how perfect it is in every way. The size, the decor, etc. everything is in perfect working order. It’s an adorable studio with doors that open up towards the main street, allowing a lot sunlight. The elevator was also a huge selling point for me! The metro station is only 10 feet from the entrance of the building, which is very convenient. One block over in any direction, you have several grocery stores that are open till 11 PM. Two blocks over, you have a small laundry facility called Le Bateau Lavoir. And, three blocks over, you are in the heart of the Latin Quarter with all of its cobblestone streets, enchanting ancient buildings and the Sorbonne. It’s all electric with big and small restaurants off the beaten bath. This apartment and Paris have felt like a fairytale dream, even though in general, I’m here a lot. And, the proprietor of the apartment has been SO easy to work with: considerate, wonderful and pays close attention to detail. Always available. I fully recommend this apartment to anyone who wants a phenomenal and true Parisian experience.

Everything you need for comfortable stay are provided in this flat. Very attractive surrounding in the central of lively area, Quartier latin. Charmingly decorated, well-equipped, and also really convenient to Rue Mouffetard, Saint-Germain-des-pres and Cite etc... In addition, the landlady is always reliable and helpful for us, so we could have unforgettable days and enjoy Paris city during our stays. This is highly recommended appartment.

第5区にあるために夜でも治安がよく感じました。また地下鉄もバス停も目の前にあるために非常にアクセスが便利でした。部屋の内装も素敵で海外ドラマの部屋のようでした。個人的に防音があまりなされていないことが気になりましたが、アパートのこのおかげで楽しいパリの日々を送れました。

2駅を利用できる便利な立地です。近くに大手のスーパーやパン屋、洗濯ができる所も徒歩圏内にあります。部屋はモダンなオシャレな部屋です。生活用品、キッチン用品、一通り揃っています。しかし、狭いので、日本のスーツケースを床に広げることは難しいです。2名で長期滞在の場合は、その点で煩わしさを感じるかもしれません。西日が強いので、夏場は日中部屋にいられない位暑いですが、朝夕は外風が吹き込んで快適です。

O que nós esperamos de um loft. Perfeito dentro das expectativas. Cama confortável, toalhas boas,localizado no sexto andar com vista para a cupula do Pantheon, fresco no verão. chuveiro forte com bastante água, geladeira e fogáo para fazer uma refeição rápida de macarrão!Metro ao lado! Recomendo.
