This apartment is having all the baseline facilities you would ever need. Furthermore, it is situated close to trams and trains 5 minutes ride to La Defense.

I loved this apartment and its location, and am sad to leave it. It is technically on the ground floor but since the apartment is built into the hill, it overlooks a pleasant courtyard. The apartment has tons of light and is spacious and open. The neighborhood has lots of families with children; people are very friendly; and lots of trees and green spaces. Everything in the apartment is new and works well. It is also extremely energy efficient-- I barely ever needed to use the heater.
