"A fully furnished studio to rent in the heart of Bastille. At your disposal, just like a Bed&Breakfast (B&B), your own apartment fully equipped. Ideally located, the authentic and personal studio will bring you the privacy of your own place and contribute to a successful stay in Paris. Amazing view and natural light from the 6th floor of a « Haussmann » style building, the flat is located in a calm little street (digicode downstairs), near the lively Place Voltaire. The studio is furnished with a comfortable double bed and a stand up closet. Bedding and linen are provided. At your arrival, you'll find fresh orange juice, butter, marmelade, milk, fair trade delicious coffee, green tea, as well as fresh bread "baguette" for a typical French breakfast. As per the parisian tradition, I will indicate you the nearest bakery for daily fresh bread and croissant. The B&B studio is located in the heart of the district Bastille. Nearby, Le Marais is home to several different communities, which give life to these small charming lanes all year long. Within a 15 minute walking distance you will find the Pompidou Center, les Halles, Hôtel de Ville, Place des Vosges. The building is just steps from the vélib’ and metro station, direct by tube or bus to Gare de Lyon :(9 mn), Champs Elysees, Arc de Triomphe (25 min). All conveniences nearby : plenty of supermarkets, wine shop, bakery, cheese shop, grocery, discounts, hairdressers, manucure, fitness, cafés, shopping, restaurants, art galleries, theatres, cinemas, etc. "
