Situated on the upscale rue des Martyrs, it's particularly close to Montmartre (you can see the Sacrée Coeur from the doorstep) and the famous Opéra Garnier. There you can enjoy the shoppers mecca of Galeries Lafayette or Printemps, among many others. The street is very busy with traditional food stores (boulangeries, charcuteries, boucheries, wine cellars, fruits and veggies stores), trendy cafes and restaurants. Despite being located in one of the bobo hotspot of the city,  it's very quiet at night, as the flat is overlooking a beautiful private courtyard and not the street.
