Emplacement imbattable au Marais. Studio sympa, quelques petites reparations et un rafraichissement des draps, serviettes, tele, climatisation etc pourraient le rendre a 5 etoiles. La cote actuelle : 5 pour la localisation, 3.5 pour le studio.
