O Apartamento é bem confortável, equipado com o básico necessario. A cama, mesmo sendo sofá, é bem confortável, muito boa. Local silencioso, mesmo com vida noturno acontecendo pertinho do edificio. Localizaçao boa, 2 quadras do metrô. Frederic estava nos esperando no horario combinado, tudo certo!

O ap. é exatamente o que a propaganda o mostra. Um sofá-cama que parece com um colchão ortopédico, muito confortável, aquecedor no toilete que aquece todo o apartamento. Tem o todo o básico pra aproveirtar a culinária local como fogão e forno elétricos, pia e material de cozinha. Um bom armário e internet ótima completam o ambiente. Região central, ótima, segura, bons cafés e mercados próximos. Ocupei sozinho, recomendo!
